#1 Area of applicationOn the business relationship between Soldered Electronics d.o.o. (hereinafter: the seller) and the person who submits the order for the manufacture of the product (hereinafter: the customer) apply exclusively to the conditions listed below in the version published on the website
https ://soldered.com/ and valid at the time of order.These General Terms and Conditions can be saved on the computer and/or printed by the customer for the purposes of their online order. The language of these general conditions as well as the contract between the seller and the customer is Croatian.

#3 Conclusion of contractThe customer submits an order to the seller for the sale of products from the seller’s offer, which can consist of the sale of a serial product or the production of products according to the customer’s specification (hereinafter referred to as “products”) by creating an order exclusively via the seller’s website:
https://soldered.com/ and the order cannot be placed directly at the address of the seller’s headquarters or in any other way than specified here.
By clicking on the “Order” link, the customer accepts the seller’s offer to conclude a sales contract. Before the final sending of the order, the customer can review and/or change the submitted data at any time, spot any errors during entry and correct them before the final confirmation of the order by clicking on the “Order” link.
The seller will confirm receipt of the order to the customer by e-mail.
Working hours of the seller’s web shop through the website are from 0 am to 24 h.Product orders for delivery in the territory of the Republic of Croatia made from Monday to Thursday until 12:30 p.m., and on Fridays until 11 a.m. are processed and shipped the same day the order is received.
Products ordered after the specified time are sent the next working day. The delivery of all products is done through the delivery service, and the delivery time of the product depends on the further operation of the same.
#4 Prices and deliveryThe product is delivered according to the prices valid on the day the order is submitted by the customer, which are listed on the website

The total price for the products consists of the value of the order and includes value added tax and is valid for all payment methods.The price of product delivery depends on the weight of the ordered products, the chosen method and place of delivery, and is formed during the creation of the order itself.The customer will be shown the exact delivery price before completing the order, in the last step, depending on the chosen delivery method.
#5 The right of the client to unilaterally terminate the contractThe customer has the right, without giving reasons, to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days from the day when the goods that are the subject of the contract are handed over to the customer or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier.
Before the deadline for unilateral termination of the contract from the article expires, the customer is obliged to notify the seller of his decision to terminate the contract via
contact form or by means of any other unequivocal statement expressing his will to terminate the contract.
If the customer exercises his right to terminate the contract unilaterally, there is no obligation to conclude or execute the purchase contract for which the customer declares termination.
In case of termination of the contract, the customer is obliged to return the received products, and the seller is obliged to return the price paid, including the cost of delivery.
The customer is obliged to return the product within 14 days from when he informed the seller about the termination of the contract.
The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product that is the result of its handling, except for that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product, therefore it is not possible to return a product that the customer has altered, damaged or destroyed through his handling, for example, a product according to which the other was soldered.

#6 PaymentPayment of ordered products to the customer is possible in the following ways:
1. for orders delivered to the territory of the Republic of Croatia:
– cash on delivery – the cash on delivery option allows you to pay the amount of the order upon delivery to the specified address. Cash on delivery payment is made exclusively in cash, to the delivery person at the time of delivery to the specified address;
– payment by credit cards – Visa, Maestro, MasterCard; Your purchase is charged at the time of sending your order;
– by payment to the current account of Soldered Electronics d.o.o.
2. for orders delivered outside the territory of the Republic of Croatia:
– payment by credit cards – Visa, Maestro, MasterCard; Your purchase is charged at the time of sending your order.
Upon receipt of payment, we will send you the ordered products.
#7 Respect for property rights
The product remains the property of the seller until full payment of the entire price for the same from a particular order.
#8 Liability for material defectsIn the case of material product defects, the provisions of the Obligatory Relations Act apply, unless otherwise specified in these General Terms and Conditions. The client is obliged to notify the seller of visible defects in the delivered products immediately upon delivery, and no later than within eight days of receiving the products, otherwise he loses the rights that belong to him on that basis.
In the case of justified complaints, i.e. product defects, the customer can demand that the seller remove the defects or hand over the products without defects.
The seller can refuse to act according to the customer’s choice if the chosen method of correcting the defects would cause disproportionately high costs and if another method of correction would be significantly more favorable for the customer. The client has the right to a proportional price reduction only if the elimination of defects or the delivery of the product without defects is not possible. In this case, the seller will reduce the total amount of the price for Products with defects in the amount of the unit price of the service for a certain type of product.
#9 WarrantyThe seller guarantees the correctness of the product to the customer within one year of the sale. In case of product malfunction, the seller is obliged to repair or replace the product according to the customer’s choice.
# 10 Liability for damageThe seller is responsible for damage caused to the customer due to intentional actions or gross negligence of the seller, his employees, representatives or subcontractors, in accordance with the general provisions of liability for damage. The seller is not responsible for damage caused to the customer due to ordinary carelessness. The seller’s liability for damage is in any case limited to the amount of the price for the products ordered by the customer.
#11 Right to complainThe customer has the right to submit written complaints to the seller by mail or electronic mail. The seller will respond in writing to all complaints submitted by the customer within 15 days from the day the complaint was received.

#15 Final ProvisionsCroatian legislation applies to the contractual relationship between the seller and the customer, excluding the application of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
